Entry Policy
This policy helps keep My Little Dreamland safe, clean, and enjoyable for every child, parent, and carer visiting the venue.
Entry Restrictions
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- No unaccompanied minors or adults without children are allowed inside the play area.
Admission & Booking
- Entry is permitted with a valid booking, ticket, or walk-in payment.
- Advance booking is recommended during weekends and peak periods.
- Capacity may be limited at any time for safety and comfort.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the facility closes due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hygiene & Attire
- Gripped socks must be worn by children and adults in all play areas.
- No bare feet or shoes in play zones.
- Children should wear appropriate clothing with no sharp accessories or loose drawstrings.
- Children showing signs of illness (fever, rash, vomiting, or diarrhea) will not be admitted.
Supervision & Behavior
- Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Staff monitor safety but do not provide childcare services.
- Aggressive or unsafe behavior (including pushing, biting, or rough play) is not tolerated.
- Guests may be asked to leave if rules are not followed.
Food, Belongings & Photography
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except baby food or allergy-specific items.
- Food and drink must stay within designated cafe or seating areas.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- Parents may photograph their own children only. Photos of other children are prohibited.
- Promotional photos are taken only with parental consent.
Safety & Right to Refuse Entry
- In any emergency, follow staff instructions immediately.
- All injuries or incidents must be reported to staff immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.
- By entering the facility, guests agree to comply with this policy.
